    <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've come down this morning to find the hub light is solid orange. I've tried turning it off, leaving it for a little then turning it back on but it still just settles on solid orange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've checked and there's no known issues for broadband in our area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears to have been working as shows we had recording at about 4/5am have recorded on Sky and emails came through just before 7am&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We currently have no landline either as the phone is through the internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":female_sign:"&gt;♀️&lt;/span&gt; (not sure where that symbol has come from, supposed to be something else!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything I can try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a factory reset of the router by pressing reset button on back and holding 20/30 secs until hub lights flash&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;are you on FTTC or FTTP?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
