So it appears my current Hybrid 4G BT router doesn't work, it connects to 4G but keeps showing no internet.

I've done multi reboots on the hybrid router and also the home hub as well as factory resets and still no internet.

So I've now been sent an EE branded one and this one won't even connect to the 4G network at all, the signal strength keeps flashing red. Even though it's in the same position where the old BT branded one got 2 bars.

How can I change from BT Halo to standard Fibre if this feature no longer works?
