if you are using a filter in socket then try replacing it.. if you have a filtered master socket then try connecting to test socket with a filter and see if incoming calls still cause broadband to drop

We have Fibre 1 Complete with WiFi and the Smart Hub 2 with a very annoying problem. Every time the phone is used incoming/outgoing the BB goes off. On most occasions, the Smart Hub will reboot itself but on some, this has to be done manually. Are there any suggestions or solutions I could try to resolve this?

Thanks for the info. I used the online fault service which found a fault with our BB. An engineer is coming tomorrow afternoon.

Engineer called on 04/11/2022 and checked the socket and line. No faults were detected. This was followed by his checking the connection in the junction box. No faults were detected there. We have not had any problems since his visit.
