Upload speed restricterd

I’ve been with BT on fibre for a while but added TV to my package last week. I then discovered I need to have my hub up and running to use the TV without errors.

since installing the hub several days ago I have been restricted to 50Mb Upload instead of the 110 I used to get when set up with my UDM Pro via PPOE.

I have read that the Mods can help as I’ve checked with MYBT and because it’s greater than 10MB I can’t seem to get help.

Moss Please help!!
