Test internet speed - BT

I used to test my internet speed on the BT site but have tried today and receive a message that "This service has now closed, but don't worry, our newer even better troubleshooter is now online"!

Following the link it then takes me to a Fault Troubleshooter.

I don't have a fault I just want to check my speed. Using the ones available via google all give me different and really low readings.

Anyone know if i can still check my speed via BT?

Hi @Silverhoop If you have the My BT App then use that. It gives you two readings, speed to Hub and Hub to device.

Thanks for that. Tested it on the app and the speeds are showing what I was expecting
