Fibre Profile - Upload speed not changed

Recently upgraded from Fibre 1 to Fibre 2 as it was only £1 so I could get the higher upload speed, but it hasn't changed and sits at the Fibre 1 cap.

Any mods available to check my line profile?

Have you checked that the upgrade has been processed by going to MYBT and check package shows fibre 2

Thanks for the quick reply.

I ordered the upgrade on the 29th and it is now showing on my account as Fibre 2.

Thanks for the update, it reset this morning and has now gone up to 16.

Hopefully the download speed will now increase up to 61.
