What was Fibre 300 halo3 is now Fibre 250 Halo 3

When I bought Fibre 300 halo3 my data rate was max 302 mb so potential of 300+

Now my product is advertised and described as Fibre 250 Halo 3.

Using a Asus DSL AC88U modem router ,my data rate is 281977 kbps as is my max rate so no potential of 300+.

I know they guarantee 150mb but the advertised potential has been dropped.

Can I get out of my contract?

potential is just that potential not expected or guaranteed. your connection would appear ok and well about the guaranteed of 150mb so no chance to cancel contract
