      <title>FTTC - Former customer, why am I only being offered very slow speed now?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was a customer at the same address a year or so ago, previously was getting circa 70Mbps, now I'm only being offered 8-16 on the broadband deals page!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a mistake, and if so can it be rectified?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm asking here as due to a disability I'm not able to phone up. Would appreciate someone from BT contacting me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ah ok that explains it then. So essentially I'd have to just keep checking to see if someone locally has ended their FTTC connection?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's one bit that said FTTH not available, and another saying FTTH on demand available - what does the on demand one mean?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just as desperate to see if there's any way of getting out from Virgin Media whilst at least retaining a decent broadband speed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
