Broadband Outage

Hi,

Seems we have a broadband service outage in East London with a resolution date of Dec 8!!!!!!

How can this be possible when I’m paying for the BT Halo product and rely on this to work from home?

No helpful info from BT on what the problem actually is. Anyone else suffering?

If you contact BT they should send you a 4g minihub to keep you connected, unless you already have one in which case they can turn it on for you.
