      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t upgrade my broadband as my postcode is failing. When I’ve logged in to my account I see I have two accounts both at my old address but my broadband is definitely live at my new address. Which team do I contact to resolve that?&lt;BR /&gt;thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
