I switched over to Bt over a month ago and have had no issues but all of a sudden my wifi has stopped working completely. The lights on the box are going solid blue for a couple of seconds then flashing purple then flashing orange and repeating these steps. I have tried resetting and turning it off but nothing is working. Pls help

your wifi is dropping because your hub is losing internet connection hence the colour changes

check you have a dial tone and then dial 17070 option 2 should be silent - no applicable if you have digital voice

check you connections - are you connecting to the master phone socket or a small openreach fibre modem ONT?
