Cant access any of theses websites (royalfree.nhs.uk, BT, Mullavd) but BT 4G ok.

Hi all,

Today 07/12/2022 i have had my broadband actived however i am experiencing really slow browsing response and problems with Xbox Live. However YouTube seems to have no issues and streaming videos seems to be fine however i never had any issues with Zen Internet before i switched to BT

Has anyone else experienced similar troubles of this nature?

I have also tried to change the DNS to Cloudflare 1.0.0.1 and 1.1.1.1 but this don't resolve the issue.

When trying to update my Ubuntu system (again never had any issue before switching to BT from Zen Internet

Have you checked MYBT to see if web protect is activated and if so turn off

I have just called BT tech and they went thought the progress to turn off the BT Web Protect but it wasnt enabled?
So in that case, Is anyone having issues accessing the above website thought BT internet themselves? or has anyone has this issue before and had to wait 24 hour for the internet to complete?

However the above websites seems to work fine on BT 4G.

All my devices are Wired.

All the sites you have listed function well and respond immediately.

Just wonted to report back that everything is working great, It was just me been a little impatient as i never had this sort of behavior when moving to a new ISP. 😃
