    <description>&lt;P&gt;It will be a line fault that the engineers have so far failed to diagnose. Try a quiet line test 17070, it should be silent, any noise indicates a line fault.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Port1 light will always flash as data is transmitted from the hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Broadband Dropping</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having problems with broadband. Keeps dropping. Hub lights go orange. Engineers have checked phone line. Tried a new hub. Still keeps dropping. Got to wait now for 4 days for another engineer to come round. Checked modem. Think it is the Openreach modem. Port 1 light keeps flashing. Is this correct?. Or do anybody think it could be a modem problem?.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
