      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, i have just been offered the dual cable - with copper included - so my phone line doesn't go to DV, but i get fttp. are these still being used as i thought they were being discontinued.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i rely on my phone line&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Its probably just old stock. You will have no option but to move to DV, as the PSTN network is closing down.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is a new package, then DV is the only option now.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With DV, your line simply moves from the wall socket, to the socket on the back of the Smart Hub 2. If you are concerned about power cuts, then that can be solved by a UPS which keeps the Smart Hub 2 powered up. It has to happen, as in the future, there will not be any phone equipment working in the exchange.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
