How to make by install fibre to this address

Hi all, in Croydon right next to Reedham train station. It’s literally outside my front door, and been told fibre is at this station and all around this address, but bt and every internet company only over a speed guarantee of 3mb which is quite frankly shocking in 2022. I seriously can’t believe how bad the internet is just on this row of houses, how do I go about getting this resolved? Does anyone have any tips? I cannot get by on this speed.

This would have nothing to do with BT Retail, you would have to ask Openreach.

Try https://www.openreach.com/broadband-network/fibre-availability

ok thanks for info. So 3mb until before December 2026, great infrastructure we have here, wtf

Have you taken this up with other Fibre provider's, it's not only Openreach that install Fibre.

EDIT: I see you have posted on The Virgin Forum with the same question.
