Full Fibre FTTP to the home

I have ordered BT Full Fibre FTTP service to my home.

I'm in there middle of home renovations, and time is ticking waiting for BT to run a new cable internally (hidden under open floor boards). I there anything my own electrician can do to prepare a cable ready for BT to use? Thus not holding up any renovation work.

Possibly a conduit with some rope to pull

Do you know if BT Open reach uses this cable internally EZ-Bend 4.8 Ruggedized Cable?

BT Openreach do not exist, its just Openreach.

Yes internal is E-Z bend, not sure if ruggerised version though.
