how is your existing phoneline provided - underground into your home or from a pole?

enter your phone number assuming BT broadband customer and post results including notes

if underground then should be ducting which would normally be used for fibre cable assuming ducting not blocked

missed adding link https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

can you enter phone number and post results
