    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/260001"&gt;@roco1970&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As with all mass produced electrical goods, you will get the odd dodgy one. There are many other factors like environment etc. It sounds like you have a dodgy one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been using the same Smart Hub 2 and Complete WiFi disc since 2020, and it rock solid with the occasional firmware blip quickly corrected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jinxed it now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Reliability of SMART hub 2</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We been having issues with our broadband dropping every 2 days sometimes twice a day. Openreach have done everything they can and our line noise is low.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I connected a TP link modem router and its stayed solid for a week with zero issues!. We also get get better sync speed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The home hub seems very unstable, what are other peoples thoughts on this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
