Availability checker says we can get FTTP but mybt doesn't

The BT checker says we can get FTTP but mybt days it is still unavailable.

Looking at this should we be able to get it?

Give the FTTP team a ring, if you are put through to normal CS haang up and try again.

It's been a long time but great to see you again. Have you tried calling the FTTP desk mentioned by @pippincp ? Were they able to help?
