    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have landline you should be able to enter your BT phone number here - &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/check-service-status" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/help/check-service-status&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only other suggestion is to try Zen status page and enter your local area code and see if any outages are listed but I dont't find this&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;exhaustive&lt;/SPAN&gt; - &lt;A href="https://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/" target="_blank"&gt;https://status.zen.co.uk/broadband/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Full fibre outage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping someone can help, I've been without Internet since Thursday AM and have no idea when it will be resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bt support are describing its a major outage however they can't tell me what it is or when it will be fixed which is frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anyway of finding out what the issue is? My house is un upton, wirall Merseyside.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
