Very slow upload speeds - can anyone help?

Like others in this community, I am suffering from very slow upload speeds which rarely go above 1mbs. I've had different engineers come out and the conclusion is that it is definitely a build issue with my account. Download speeds are great - as fast as I will ever need.

My question is how to resolve the upload speeds? My fault seems to be going in circles and I'm unsure on next steps. Similar posts seem to go cold after some time or an administrator gets in contact so no help there. I understand that somewhere on my line there is a limiter placed on my upload speed - how do we get rid of that?

Hello all,

There were some network works happening in my area which I was hoping would fix the upload issue. Unfortunately this is not the case - I've attached the speeds I'm getting from different speed tests. These tests were done on a computer linked via ethernet.

Hi @tomuk395, thanks for the update. I was hoping when I couldn't test your connection yesterday due to an open network fault that this was what they were working on. Sadly it wasn't.

I've raised this to a specialist team to get the upload issue investigated further.

Hello! Sorry - I have been away over the weekend. It looks like everything is fixed and my upload speeds are looking good.
