Slow Download Speed, but fast Upload speed

@DanielS @NeilO is this something that someone can look into for me? I have identical symptoms.

Thanks for posting to better help us with this issue can you answer the following questions?

Are the download speeds slow all through the day or only at certain times i.e evenings?

Are all your devices connected wirelessly or for purpose of testing do you have anything connected with an ethernet cable?

Are all your devices connected wirelessly or for purpose of testing do you have anything connected with an ethernet cable? - My PC is ethernet, speed test is

Do you have many devices connected to your Smart Hub 2?

Hi Stuart,

My phone gives

Ping - 6ms
DL - 34.10mbps
UP - 75.14mbps

3 ethernet connections (ring, desktop and cat flap)
3 2.4 ghz devices
3 5 ghz devices

But not all in use at same time.

Thanks for the reply I didn't know Cat flaps connected to the internet learn something new everyday 🙂

Can I ask you to try a Factory Reset of the Smart Hub 2 just to rule out a config issue?
