Slow upload speeds

Just like other posts iv seen here my upload speed is below 1mbs and I have no idea what's causing the problem. I'v also seen the mod team here have been able to help quite fast so i'm hoping i can be helped also 😅. If there is any technical information i need to post please let me know, thank you.

Hi @Secretary, welcome to the forum and sorry you're getting a slow upload.

Are you using the BT Smart Hub?
If so please would you post your Hub Stats. Open a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254 or bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager. Click ‘Advanced Settings’ and then ‘Technical log’

can you run btspeedtester and post results must be done with ethernet connection

I used fast.com and I got (on ethernet)
72 Mbps Download
400 Kbps Upload
