      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, twice I have called asking for a returns bag and lable, and not received it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have left bt and wish to return my router etc, it says log in and click on return equipment link, but there is not one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could someone help me and send me the returns bag&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in anticipation&lt;/P&gt;</description>
