BT Broadband - Stay Fast speed guarantee!

I never saw the mentioned speed (max 0.75~ 0.83 mb upload speed) and after over 3 years being a loyal customer of BT, I asked£20 discount on my last bill.. (what you offer in your website)
I leaned that they just guarantee the download speed not the upload!

upload speed will be between 1Mbps and 1Mbps.

Thanks for your valued services but it's time to leave I guess..

any guaranteed speeds are connection speeds to hub not download speeds. as posted there is no guarantee on up speed

Your speed will be exactly the same whatever provider you use, unless they have invented a way to change the laws of physics.
