      <description>&lt;P&gt;Who knows. When you are the last customer connected to the cabinet I doubt Openreach will keep it working just for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can sympathise though, it would be a massive disruption to provide me with fibre and I'm not keen either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
