Full Fibre 500 help

Hi, I am using Bt's Full Fibre 500, but I need to move now. Customer service says I can only change to Fibre 1; this internet speed is too slow for me, and I still want to keep my full fibre 500; what do I do?

If fibre is not available, there is nothing you can do.

It means you will be able to get about 50Mbps, the actual figure won't be known until you actually connect.
