    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have today went from BT300 to BT 900 , it appears to have switched, but since the upgrade I have not been able to use the MY BT speed test, it goes to about 7% and then zooms to 100 and then says there is an issue and try again ! Anyone seen this ? Is there an issue with speed test just now ? When I seen it zooming to 100% I thought wow that’s fast &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many pointers to a fix appreciated ! Suspicious beggar I am thinks they don’t want me to see my speed &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/288527"&gt;@IainMcFarlane&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I had the same problem going from Full Fibre 500 to 900. Delete the app sign in again and it will work. Well in my case it did on iOS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
