    <description>&lt;P&gt;The fact that the cable jacket is black means it’s an external grade cable and won’t suffer from degradation from the elements etc , if someone was ( for example) worried about a vandal cutting that tiny exposed bit of cable , a determined vandal could simply smash the CSP block off the wall anyway , so it’s really no less ‘safe’ than an installation where not even a tiny part of cable was exposed .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TBH , that is a very tidy install , any ‘complaints’ about it are not really justified.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
