      <title>BT Internet down for approaching 15 hours, no problems?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Back once again with a problem sadly. I have been without internet for approaching 15 hours now (went off shortly after midnight).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The hub has been intermittent between flashing purple and flashing orange (mainly flashing purple for the last 6 hours)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The service I receive is simply not good enough and the reason I will be leaving but can anyone help? Located in the PE2 area of Peterborough.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply. Internet is back on now with no change from my end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had checked the status on three occasions before posting here, never showed an issue and I was able to dial in from my mobile to the phone and answer it which was the reason I was unsure what was going on. What do you think would have caused the total of 17 hours without internet but the phone line to be OK?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have previously spent 5 weeks waiting for a connection from BT (which I know was covered by the 'it's not our fault, it is OpenReach' justification but I don't have a service agreement with OpenReach, I have one with BT, your subcontracting choice is not my problem).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Contrary to people's expectations, faults happen, 100% reliability is never going to happen. The fault could have been for a myriad of reasons.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
