FTTP rollout for my address

Hi all,

Back in January MJ Quinn came round our area and fitted CBTs to the poles, I should have asked them about the go live date at the time but I didn’t.

I’ve emailed OpenReach customer services 3 times and each time they have given me a different answer regarding the go live date. First it was the end of March, then they said the engineering work hadn’t started and it would start in October and take a few months then the last time they said it would be available in January 2023!

Is there anyone here who would be able to help point me in the right direction? I just want to know if checking the BT checker everyday is futile.

if BT broadband customer then enter phone number and post results

there is no link from this forum to openreach and only openreach will know when your area will go live
