Openreach Database - Address Irregularities

Hello,

My friend who's a business owner is struggling to get full fibre. If I check the openreach fibre checker and select the business it's showing full fibre is unavailable. (Not even FTTC is showing as an option through BT!)

However, if I select one of the buildings next to them, full fibre is available despite the fact all properties are served off the same telegraph pole!

Further up the street the checker seems to give different results for the same building depending on whether you selected the building number or the business name.. Despite them being the same building!

Unless I'm missing something it doesn't seem correct. Does anybody know how I would go about getting this reviewed/checked?
