Upgrade from FF100 to FF900

Hi folks,

I've just signed up for the above mentioned, do you know if there is a break in service during the switch?

Important meetings tomorrow when its due to kick in.

if you are currently on FTTP then the change will call the hub to restart but should not be any downtime apart from time it takes hub to restart

Will that be a manual restart or auto when upgrade kicks in?

I would expect it to be auto as your profile is changed from FTTP 100 to 900

One last quick one from me.....
Is the time random? Or do they have a set time, say midnight on the specified day?

No specifc time, just should be before midnight.
