Frequent line drops

Hi, I’ve been plagued with problems for the past year. My phone/BB cable is joined halfway between my house and the post which itself is sat right next to a tree, so the cable has to pass through branches. When it’s rainy or windy weather I get all sorts of problems. On a good day like today it can stay connected no problem, but on a bad day like Sunday it dropped over 50 times in an hour. Here are my hub stats:

Is there anything there I should be aware of?

Those figures are absolutely dreadful. You need to get an engineer visit and get the line fixed.

Already had 3 openreach engineers, they all claim to have sorted it. Yet none of them have touched the cable between the house and the post. The fourth was due today but is a no show.

Unfortunately, that seems to be the quality of 'engineers' these days.

Until you get the line fault fixed nothing will improve I'm afraid.
