    <description>&lt;P&gt;I came home and found my broad band light flashing orange. checked the connections they are ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So went hard reboot. Now the light showing blue and broadband back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why does this happen out of the blue and is hard reboot/power on/off the correct way to deal with this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;did you check if there had been a power cut or maybe a firmware update?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if just a simple drop in connection then hub would normally restart and resume connection&lt;/P&gt;</description>
