BT Halo 3/BT Smart hub 3 wont operate with a Vpn.

For info: On a call today BT advised Halo 3 using BT Smart hub 2 does not work with a Vpn

Odd since there is a Vpn setting in the hub manager.

As i have just upgraded to Halo3 I wont be able to use my Vpn in future

Halo is just a benefits add on, there is no technology involved.

So will it work with a Vpn? Do i just put vpn web site in the hub manager option?

You don't do anything, just use your VPN.

Ok thanks.Im not very tech savvy im afraid.

I have been using the Myonelinetv2 App on an android tv.

But since i got fibre connected yesterday i cannot get into the myonlinetv2 portal in the App.

I have been using it with a vpn with the standard ( non full fibre) internet before the change to full fibre yesterday.

Stumped as to why a change to full fibre would stop accessing the myonlinetv2 app.

It freezes when loading the app now.BT said no settings need changing when changing to full fibre
