Setting up a Asus DSL-AX82U AX5400 Dual Band Modem Router

Hi all this my first post here. I need some help to set up a Asus AX82U modem router in place of my BT Smarthub.

I have set it up but it does not have any internet connection. My current setup is FTTC I know I need to put in bthomehub@btbroadband.com also my BT SSID plus VLAN ID 101 but it does not pick up the connection. At the moment I am using the bt Smarthub2. I have the GFAST line

Is there any other setting I have to change to get this modem router working. I am not a tech expert hence me coming on here.

That Asus is not compatible with a G.Fast line I'm afraid.

The only Asus that is is the DSL-AC88U as far as I'm aware.

There aren't many devices that are GFAST compatible , I think Netgear and Draytek do one and maybe TP-Link as well.
