There is no BT Openreach, it is Openreach.

This is a BT retail forum and has no connection with Openreach.

You need to insist your chosen ISP raises an ORDI request with Openreach to correct the database error, you cannot do it directly.

Hello,

I am moving to a new property and ordered Broadband via Plus Net and for 1 and half months they couldn't help and kept saying issues with BT Open Reach database where there is an existing order and it was escalated several times. So i switched to Sky after cancelling with Plusnet but facing same issue with BT Open Reach database issue. Now there is no way to contact them personally to get this resolved. Is there a way to resolve this.

Thanks
