    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why would Openreach not process an order from bt for full fibre final installation in to our home when all the work has been signed off&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apparently there is an order stuff on their system which causes BT to have the order for this to be sent back&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Best to call the FTTP team 0800 587 4787 who can handle and help progress the order.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The order fulfillment systems are quite complex but the FTTP team should be able to get it resolved&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It diverts to normal Customer Services when busy. If it does, clear down and try again later until you reach the FTTP team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
