Slow download - new installation

I had full fibre 500 installed two days ago and have the hub and one disk. First day it was fantastic and I was getting high 400s download and 70 uploads. Yesterday was a different story with the download speed constantly dropping at times to less than 5. My son's Xbox was lagging and this is connected by ethernet to the disk. Last night the speed was back up to 500 but this morning it is back down to as low as 0.5!. I'm fairly certain this isn't a WiFi issue as the upload speeds have been constant 60-70.

Is this normal and part of the 10 day bedding in period or should I report a fault? Thanks

Therre is no " bedding in period" with FTTP.

Post the result of a wired speedtest at Fast.com.

Thanks for reply, I am not home today so will do later. Screenshot of wireless speed test shows the issue-

Wireless speeds are immaterial.
