Hi, I upgraded from 100 full fibre to 500 full fibre, the speed into the smart hub 2 router is 500plus, but to my devices 200mb max, sometimes as low as 40mb. I have seen a Qube engineer he said they will send another Hub & that he detected an external fault. New smart hub 2 fitted, no different. An Outreach engineer visited and couldn't find any faults, he suggested it is all my devices at fault. I have Microsoft Surface Pro 3, A Dell laptop, both have i5 chipset. Nothing in the up front sales blurb talks about needing state of the art 2023 devices? I dont believe a booster will help as the drop from holding my devices next to the router and moving to my lounge is only 20mb loss. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Many thanks

If you are getting the full 500mb at your hub then hub is ok. Are you connecting to your devices with ethernet connection when checking the speed

Thanks for response, the answer is no, my Dell laptop & Microsoft Surface devices do not have sockets for ethernet cables. They are very thin devices.
