Since this weekend I am having Extremely slow Upload speed, but Download speed is fine - please help

Since this weekend my upload speed seems to have dropped from around 4.5/5 mbps to below 1 mbps
I have BT Halo FTTC broadband
I've reset the Hub, retarted the computer, all to no avail.
This is driving me nuts as I have regular large (170mb) files to upload and it's now taking forever
Please help

Looks like it's corrected itself after another hub restart

Hi @BernieOBrien, thanks for the update and glad your connection is working ok again.
Hopefully it remains that way, but if the issue returns first check if there is an issue with your phone service. Please run a quiet line test by dialling 17070 from your BT Landline. If using a corded phone then the test should be quiet, if you are using a cordless phone then you may hear a low hum.
