    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since this weekend my upload speed seems to have dropped from around 4.5/5 mbps to below 1 mbps&lt;BR /&gt;I have BT Halo FTTC broadband&lt;BR /&gt;I've reset the Hub, retarted the computer, all to no avail.&lt;BR /&gt;This is driving me nuts as I have regular large (170mb) files to upload and it's now taking forever&lt;BR /&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please run a quiet line test by dialling 17070 from your BT Landline. If using a corded phone then the test should be quiet, if you are using a cordless phone then you may hear a low hum.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
