Removal of Redundant BT Equipment

Would anyone know how I can speak to somebody at BT to request the removal of some redundant cables and distribution equipment from a commercial site?

I have spoken to Openreach, however they have told me that the equipment does not belong to them and that this equipment is BT's responsibility.

As it is a commercial site you would have to contact BT Business. This is a residential forum and has no contact with BT Business. They have their own forums here. https://business.forums.bt.com
