      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upgraded on monday July31st to full fibre 900 but unable to run speed test via BT app as directed .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried multiple times all week&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="49641.jpg" style="width: 462px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/81467i8461398B63B64C4C/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="49641.jpg" alt="49641.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW i've got digital voice - but have asked to be taken off - is this the problem ?)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try running&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/&lt;/A&gt; with ethernet connection&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your current contract is broadband with phone and if you have now decided you don't want ability to make/receive calls on house phone then you will need to change your contract to broadband only&lt;/P&gt;</description>
