    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since recently having upgraded our Business internet to Full Fibre, we are getting nothing but problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Multiple times daily the router is losing connection and goes to flashing orange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does seem to recover, however the Wifi extenders take minutes to recover. Furthermore devices connected to the WiFi extenders have to have their internet connections manually cycled, often repeatedly before a connection can be re-established.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hybrid connect shows no signal and no resilience events are recorded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot access the router event log - tab is greyed out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is an unacceptable level of performance and the service is not fit for purpose.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are losing time and money due to the poor reliability.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
