Hi,
At the time I was trying to resolve this speed issue using BT apps I was greeted with "Sorry cannot find your Account " please call 0800 800 150 when I was doing test via myBT and the only way I could see line state was via the SH2 GUI locally which showed 1000/1000..

I was unable to even log this as a fault as it was out of hours, at the time..

speedtest.btwholesale.com was showing random speeds way below normal single threat tests such as 260mbps Down / 112mbps Up

speedtest.net was showing sub 10mbps down and 110up

My AX89X router has inbuilt speedtest based on ookla service which again was showing similar speeds sub 10mbps range on downside

my own iperf3 tests complete during this time were also showing very erratic speed results well outside normal deviation speedtests Inormally run confirming that there was issue with *something* outside of my control

Now, as I have reinstated my original setup (AX89X is back in) I dont want to unplug and swap to SH2 for sync rate stats as my line is currently looking "ok" atm, and ofc. cannot use myBT app if no SH2 installed..

Are you connected direct to ONT with ethernet cable to your pc. Are you using powerline adapters and if so try without them. Run btspeedtester. Or try fast.com and see speed

The only sync speed you will get from the hub is that between the ONT and hub. The line sync speeds are held by the ONT which is not accessable.
