Pensioner Prices - Mid Contract

Hi There,

I put the internet in for my dad a few years back, he's 70 and prefers I sort this stuff out for him.

He recently was told by a friend that he should be able to get some discount as he receives pension credit.

Does anyone know if I can apply for this for him mid term, or does he need to wait until the end of his contract (June 2024)?

Sounds like Home Essentials which is available to customers on qualifying benefits, more info in the link.

If he qualifies then he can switch today, no need to wait until the end of the minimum term, there's no penalty when changing mid term either.
