Not received £50 Amazon refer a friend voucher

Hi there

I got referred by a friend to join BT. In early July we both received email confirmations that we will receive a £50 Amazon gift card. However, until today, neither of us received it.

The email confirmation comes without a link to check the referral status.

Could someone please get in touch with next steps?

Sorry you're having problems with the refer a friend offer. Can you confirm when the orders were placed and when the service(s) activated?

Hi @DavidM thank you for getting back to me. The order was placed on 08/06/2023 and service activated on 07/07/2023
