    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i click on track an oder it says an engineer is due to visit my property today. I have had full fibre installed in August so it should be complete&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;However, his last message that I can see, says that we expect to have an update on the 12th.&lt;/P&gt;

Can you check and post back to let me know if it's still telling you an engineer is due to visit?&lt;/P&gt;
