I was peacefully working and watching a film this evening when suddenly my internet cut out- hi. Light was flashing purple. I turned it off and on again as you do and it’s now a steady orange with the LOS light also red.

on the troubleshooting info it says t to connect a device to the hub, open a browser and follow the instructions to set it up again- so i got my old Ethernet cable, attached my laptop but it would not open anything on a browser window - Jaust no internet. Wouldn’t connect via wifi either.

bt isn’t showing any planned outage in my Astra and of course as it’s late night I can’t get hold of them until the morning to do anything about all this.

(Brixham- south Devon’s )
